1. Homemade Soup Selection Minimum of 2 Homemade Soups (quantity of soups will be determined by number of people to feed) served in crock pots. Choices include Chicken Tortilla, Tomato Basil, Chili, Dad’s Vegetable, White Chicken Chili, Spinach Maria, Broccoli & Cheese, & other seasonal options. Served with crackers, oyster crackers, & tortilla chips when chicken tortilla is ordered.
2. Homemade sandwiches A variety consisting of some or all of our premium salads - Chicken salad, Egg Salad, Tuna Salad, Pimento Cheese, & an assortment of Ham/Turkey/Roast Beef with Provolone/Cheddar/Pepperjack/American/Swiss cheeses. Mayo & Mustard packets will be included & fresh lettuce & tomato slices as well.
3. Create Your Own Salad A scrumptious salad assortment which includes a Fresh Spring Mix, Tomatoes, Onions, Carrots, Walnuts, Mandarin Oranges, Artichokes, Cheese, mixed peppers, Croutons, & other seasonal items.

Drink Service full service including teas, ice, lemon, Sweet-N-Low/Splenda/Sugar. Straws & lids available upon request. Choices include sweet tea, unsweet tea, blackberry or strawberry with splenda or sugar. A gallon serves 8-10 people. Desserts Assortment of cookies (peanut butter or chocolate chip, or both) & brownies. Chess bars are also available upon request. Ice Cream Option Assortment of our top ten best selling homemade(in Knoxville, TN) ice creams to accommodate the number of people requested or we can work with you to choose ten flavors to best accommodate your crowd. Utensils/Plates/Etc. We will provide an adequate number of plates, spoons, forks, bowls, napkins, cups, etc.
